HELIX is a joint branch Urist division between the syndicate the Interdyne corporation, this Division is specialized in the extraction of important members of syndicate staff Mostly High command members and syndicate representatives though they will sometimes be sent to extract persons of interest or Nanotrasen agents for interrogation and or torture.
