A once proud and respected syndicate operative, Urist McHands, was born on an unknown world to unknown poor parents. Due to his hard childhood, he eventually joined the ranks of the syndicate, but in a tragic twist of fate during a failed operation, he was gruesomely flayed alive by a Xeno, though his body was recovered, and due to his exceptional loyalty, the syndicate now uses him as the master template of all syndicate clone soldiers; you could even say he never truly died as he lives on through his many clones.
Urist is mostly just a mouthpiece used by admins when they need to step in or enact one of their horrible ideas.
