Due to his hard childhood, he eventually joined the ranks of the syndicate, but in a tragic twist of fate during a failed operation, he was gruesomely flayed alive by a Xeno, though his body was recovered, and due to his exceptional loyalty, the syndicate now uses him as the master template of all syndicate clone soldiers; you could even say he never truly died as he lives on through his many clones.
