=Bluespace Bureaucracy= The Sector-42 Stability Commission, most commonly referred to as just the SSC or SSC-42, is a intragalactic legislation agency for "Bicaridel", an area of space in the Milky Way Galaxy has been labeled it's 42nd sector. It is comprised and run by multiple government bodies from planets across the Sector. Most of the SSC's internal Governments were Human Colonies positioned on planets deemed habitable, that have grown to be large nations across their planet's surface. There ARE a few exceptions of associated governments that are from a non-human civilization: * Some planets of Lizard-People expelled from the more xenophobic civilizations that eventually grew into their own society. * The original civilization source of the Oni. Most of which still located in Sector-42, becoming much more similar to humans due to close proximity and improved relations. ==The Code of Purpose== The SSC has a strict code for interactions with outside Third-Parties and for setting limits on the actions they take, with it's importance organized by number. Higher number, higher importance to the SSC. # Do not take an action that could harm, kill, or destroy Sector-47's Civilizations under any circumstance. If necessary, it may be required and expected for you to sacrifice yourself to save your own or another's society. # Do not willingly or intentionally take an action that could damage Sector-47's Environment and Wildlife heavily. # Never harm or cause harm to any unarmed civilian or another member of the Sector-42 Stability Commission, unless it is completely necessary for the safety of Sector-47 or the person is willing. # If possible, save anything and anybody in danger, excluding hostile threats. # Do not willingly or intentionally take an action that could damage the Sector-42 Stability Commission. # Attempt to resolve conflict without excessive violence or hostility if possible. # Keep relations with external parties good or neutral, unless they require you to take an action or they take an action themselves that harms the Sector-42 Stability Commission and/or Sector-47, including decreasing the safety of either. =Relations= *The Syndicate: Surprisingly, the SSC has a slightly positive relation with the syndicate, though it is labeled as neutrality. While at first the Syndicate and SSC were hostile to each other, they formed an quasi-peace treaty among themselves. The Syndicate through external information found an unpopulated and ore-rich planet, and via communication with the SSC, the Outpost 5 Mining & Research Outpost was permitted under a deal that they will not cause harm to an non-hostile and non-NT related citizen of Sector-42 while the Outpost is established and employed. *Nanotrasen:The SSC has quite negative relations with NT, as they have tried multiple times to exploit multiple planets for natural resources, and have attacked a society inside Sector-42 that was both non-hostile and employed diplomatic relations, due to them not being willing to offer up their Bluespace Crystal reserve. NT was only partially successful, as they managed to get the crystals, though they lost 96.2% of the crew sent to retrieve it. *The Syndicate's High Command: Currently, neutral or better relations with the SSC, further info is classified. =Omicron-7 "Eden's Gate"= Omicron-7, aka O-7 and nicknamed "Eden's Gate", is a task force controlled by the SSC, comprised of multiple retrained militias and hired mercenary operatives for the purpose of special missions and more dangerous scenarios. They are also the people sent to Outpost 5 to deal with rogue Syndicate crew who break their deal.
